Important information about accounts, route plans, billing, payments, SIP configuration, Caller ID, DID numbers and technical setup.
General
How does it work?
First register by filling out the application form. After successful registration, you can set up your SIP device or multiple SIP devices with one CallTrading account. It is not possible for one customer to create multiple accounts.
What different routes do you offer?
CallTrading offers three route plans: Standard with the lowest possible rates and no guaranteed quality, Premium with low rates and good quality, and Direct with slightly higher rates and very good quality.
Can I use all routes with one account?
Yes. Each route has its own dialing format and can be used from the same account.
I have a question about another VoIP label.
Please ask your question on the concerned label website. Questions regarding other VoIP labels are not handled through CallTrading support.
I have connection problems with mobile destinations. Can you fix this?
You can often solve the problem by programming your system to send your CLI. Otherwise calls may be dropped by some carriers. The CLI information must be numerical. Example: for a CLI from Spain, use 34XXX. If this does not help, contact support.
Services
Do you offer special rates for large volumes?
Yes. After a full month of large traffic, contact calltradingnet@gmail.com with your account number and your request.
Do you provide a reseller solution?
Yes. CallTrading provides reseller-oriented VoIP services for businesses that need wholesale voice termination and route access.
Do you offer DID numbers?
Yes. Contact support with your account number and DID number requirements.
Do you offer Caller ID forward?
Yes. Set the Caller ID on your SIP device and CallTrading will forward it. You can also contact support to associate a Caller ID with your SIP account.

Account and Control Panel
I have not received an email confirmation with my customer login data.
Your confirmation email may be blocked by spam filters. Your registration may still be successful. If you do not receive an email within one working day after registration, email support and ask for the status of your registration.
I have lost my username or password. What should I do?
Open MyAccount and use the password recovery option.
How can I access recent calls and CDRs online?
Login to MyAccount and choose the option for recent calls or download calls.
Where can I change my password, email address or profile?
Login and go to Account Settings. Online changes may take up to one hour to be processed and may not show immediately.
How do I get downloadable ratelists and country codes?
Current downloadable rate information is available from the Rates page.
Can one customer create multiple accounts?
No. One customer cannot create multiple accounts.
I am a customer and I have a problem. How do I report this?
Email calltradingnet@gmail.com with your account number as a reference and describe the specific problem.
Payments and Billing
What is the minimum top-up amount?
The minimum payment is 50 EUR or 60 USD / USDT.
Which payment methods are not accepted?
CallTrading does not accept payments via PayPal or Skrill.
How long are your rates valid?
VoIP ratelists are normally valid for one month. Current rates are always shown on the Rates page and may change without prior notice.
How do you inform customers about rate changes?
Rate changes are announced by email, and current ratelists are available on the Rates page.
When do call charges take effect?
Call charges apply once the dialed telephone number is answered. If there is no answer or the line is engaged, you are not charged for the call.
How fast will my payment be processed?
Processing depends on the payment option. Some payments can be processed instantly. Bank transfers may take up to five working days depending on the bank and region. Always include your transaction reference number or customer number.
What is important when making a bank transfer?
Use the correct transaction reference number in the payment description. If the reference is incorrect or missing, the payment cannot be allocated automatically and processing may be delayed. Do not combine payments for several orders in one bank transfer.
Do I receive an invoice by regular mail?
Invoices are not sent by regular mail. You can view invoices and call specifications online. Invoices are available online for up to one year after the invoice date.

Additional spoofing option
Get an option to manually set a random CLI number with confirmed status in your account, helping CLI delivery if an operator blocks the CLI sent by the default user. Recommended for USA, Canada, +1 destinations and strict CLI filtering regions including Australia, Austria, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Russia and the UK.
Limit channels
Additional option to remove the default limit on simultaneous calls, allowing unlimited concurrent calls. The default limit is one channel.
Dedicated localization
Switch routing from dynamic to static routes with six different static routes, each operating with different tech prefixes.
Autodialler
Campaign options include start/stop times, maximum retries, retry time, answer wait time, device assignment for billing and Caller ID setting.
DIDs in over 60 countries
DID with capacity is available with a fixed monthly subscription: 50 EUR setup fee and 50 EUR monthly prepaid fee. Includes free incoming calls and unlimited channels for simultaneous calls.
Technical Issues
How do I set up my equipment?
- Username: your username

Which codecs do you support?
Supported codecs: G.711U at 64 kbps, G.711A at 64 kbps and G.729 at 8 kbps.

Can I use Zoiper or Groundwire?
Yes. The service is compatible with SIP equipment and softphones such as Zoiper and Groundwire. Select CallTrading from the provider list and enter your username and password where required.
IP Authentication and Support
Can I connect by fixed IP address?
Yes. You can provide fixed IP addresses for authentication. If you use a hosted VoIP softswitch provider, make sure the IP addresses are uniquely assigned to your account to prevent other users from using your balance.
What is your SIP address?
You can use the SIP domain: sip.calltrading.net.
How do I request IP authentication?
Email support with your account number as a reference and include your IP addresses.
Does CallTrading support H.323?
Yes. H.323 is supported.
How many simultaneous calls can I set up?
CallTrading does not limit the number of simultaneous calls. The only limit is the bandwidth of your local internet link.
I get 500 Internal Server Error. What should I do?
First check whether you have balance on your account. If your balance is zero, you cannot make calls.
Do you support T.38 for faxing?
No. T.38 faxing is not supported.
